The University of Arkansas seeks applications for the position of Director-Campus Custodial Services (R98848).  The Director-Campus Custodial Services is responsible for ensuring that all campus buildings are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and sanitation. The Director will inspect building conditions daily on a random sampling basis and will ensure that supervisors fully inspect all of their respective areas of responsibility periodically throughout the day.  This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent field and three (3) to five (5) years of managerial, supervisory, or leadership experience. Proven experience in handling a wide variety of personnel/human resource issues.

Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a College or University environment; experience working in a Physical Plant, Facilities Management, or similar environment; and MBA or similar graduate degree is desirable.
